At Marlow & Grey, we want checkout to be simple, clear and secure. On this page you can find which payment methods we accept, when your payment is charged and how your payment details are protected.

The payment methods available to you are always shown at checkout. Availability can depend on your device, browser and country.

Currency and Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and at checkout. The total amount you pay, including any applicable taxes, is always shown before you confirm your order. Shipping to the United Kingdom and the United States is free. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider may charge a currency conversion fee; this is outside our control.

When Is My Payment Charged?

Your payment is charged when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered it, we will refund the amount for that item in full to your original payment method.

Secure Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for payment security. Your payment details are encrypted and transferred over a secure SSL/TLS connection. We never see or store your full card number. Where supported by your bank, card payments are protected with 3D Secure authentication.

Payment Declined?

If your payment is declined, please check that your card details and billing address are entered correctly, and that your card has sufficient funds and is enabled for online payments. You can also try another payment method. If the problem continues, please contact your bank or get in touch with us.

To protect our customers, orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention. If we cannot verify an order, we may cancel it; in that case you will not be charged, or you will be refunded in full.

Refunds

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, within 7 days after we receive your return. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details. For all other terms, see our Terms of Service.
